  • How do I book at BSH?

    You can call our call center, or fill out the form on this website. A valid credit card is required to complete the booking. In either case you will receive from BSH an email with the confirmation of your booking.

    What if I do not receive the email from BSH with the confirmation of my booking?

    If you don’t receive the confirmation of your booking request within 24 hours please call our contact center to get personalized information.

    What are the cancellation policies of a reservation?

    Cancellations must be made ​​48 hours prior to the check in time (3PM) of the date of arrival. Any cancellations made ​​after the 48 hour period will result in the non refundable payment of the full price of the package or the first night. If the reservation is for a group it must be cancelled 72 hours before the arrival at BSH. If not cancelled on these terms, the “no-show” penalty applies and the first night of accommodation will be fully charged.

    What should I do if I can't arrive on the date I reserved?

    You must notify the hotel 48 hours before the Check in time, otherwise the night will be fully charged.

    What is the Hotel Insurance for ?

    It is an insurance policy to protect the guests during their stay at Blue Suites Hotel.

    Rates at BSH do not include taxes.

    What additional services does BSH offer?

    BSH offers gym service, spa, restaurant, coffee and bar, meeting rooms, private parking. And other general services such as: laundry, airline reservations, car rental, safe deposit box, babysitting (request upon booking), baby cradle (request upon booking), a daily newspaper (request upon booking ), wake up service, shuttle to and from the airport, medical service, city tour (request in advance), florist, hairdressing saloon, pharmacy, post and general information about entertainment.

    Check in and Check out hours

    Check in is at three o’clock in the afternoon (3:00 PM), if you arrive early you can register, leave your luggage with the bellman and enjoy other BSH services while you can access to your suite. Check out is at one o’clock in the afternoon (1:00 PM), you can check out, leave your luggage with the bellman and enjoy other BSH services until you departure to the airport. A valid credit card is required to check in.

    Are there additional charges for using the BSH entertainment services?

    If you are a guest of BSH, you can enjoy the entertainment services at no additional charge, however the spa services are charged for separately according to the specific package requested. If you are invited by a guest of BSH, the spa, gym and others will generate additional charge.

    Accommodation rate for children policies

    Children under 10 years do not pay (in the same room with their parents). A maximum 2 children with their parents per room is allowed. Children over the age of 11 years will pay the regular rate. The hotel insurance will be charged per night for each child.

    Is there shuttle service from and to the airport and to the different destinations required by the guest?

    BSH has taxi service, Airport-Hotel-Airport which can be charged to your bill or payed at the moment. For destinations outside the city we will hire a reliable car service to meet your particular needs.
